The International Conflict Management Forum (ICMF) exists to promote knowledge sharing, learning and awareness amongst anyone who has an interest in managing conflict at work, as well as to provide a wide range of complementary specialists with a dedicated networking outlet. Members may participate in periodic seminars and learning events, webinars, receive our regular newsletter, and access and share white papers.
As a not-for-profit organisation, membership is free and involves no commitments (though of course, most membership benefits require some active participation!). A small charge is levied when attending seminars or taking part in webinars, to cover the costs of the event.
Membership is open to anyone: we encourage membership from anyone who has an interest in working to prevent, manage and resolve conflict at work, including HR professionals, line managers, coaches, mediators, legal advisors, occupational psychologists and others. Organisational membership is also welcomed.
